The LTO-NCR West covers the cities of Manila, Pasay, Makati, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Muntinlupa, and Las Pinas. A total of 141 motorists, according to Verzosa, were apprehended for failure to wear the prescribed seat belt device and 14 others for failure to require the front passenger to wear a seatbelt device, which both fall under R.A. 8750.
Also, three motorists were apprehended in violation of R.A. 10913 and two others in violation of R.A. 10666 .
