“Katarungan Village Homeowners Association Inc., made numerous requests and representations to the Board relative to their concern on PUVs entering their village contributing to the noise and air pollution, as well as adversely affecting the cleanliness and orderliness of the community and posing threat to the security of the residents,” according to LTFRB Resolution 111 approved on May 23.
