The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office was notified of a possible incident between"Clark and a juvenile by a person the victim had confided in" on July 16, 2020. Ryan Clark, 34, plead guilty on March 1 to felony charges of second-degree Rape when the victim is prevented from resisting due to force or threats, two counts of molestation of a juvenile under 13, and sexual battery.Clark was taken into custody on July 17, 2020 on charges of sexual battery and molestation of a minor.
