Amazon has released a batch of brand new character posters for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, teasing the new series. Lord of the Rings is one of the most beloved franchises in the fantasy genre, and is making its big return this year. However, the new adventure will this time be told on the small screen through Amazon Prime. First developed in 2017, there has been a lot of mystery surrounding the latest TV series adaptation of J.J.R. Tolkien's massive universe.
Throughout the last few years, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power has slowly been revealing a few new key details about the project. Despite having a massive cast of over 20 actors attached, the series has only revealed Galadriel as part of the line-up, played by Morfydd Clark. The Amazon series is set to focus on the Second Age of Middle-Earth, taking place several thousands of years before The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.
