SAN DIEGO — More than 5,000 voters have cast their ballots in voting centers across San Diego County on Super Tuesday, the Registrar of Voters said. Voters got busy well before Primary Day though: 400,000 mail-in ballots were submitted before Tuesday, which accounts for roughly a fifth of registered voters in San Diego County.
