UPDATE: Police are now chasing a suspect on foot after he jumped out of his vehicle while on I-476 in Delaware County. SkyForce10 is LIVE above the scene:
The chase began near the Lowe’s store along 3800 Aramingo Avenue shortly before 9 p.m. Monday. During the chase, the vehicle’s tires popped and sparks began to fly.
The chase continued on I-95 southbound before the vehicle entered I-476 northbound near Springfield Township, Delaware County. As the chase continued, the suspect jumped out of his vehicle on I-476 just past the Villanova exit and ran into a grassy area on the side of the road.
