SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT – Little League chose not to buy railings for dormitory bunk beds eight months before a Utah player was critically injured in a fall during last year’s world series. And a staff member a month before Easton Oliverson fell out of a top bunk in the middle of the night on Aug. 15 suggested the bunks should have railings.
