The 2022 Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 is a love letter to the wild supercar of the 1970s and ’80s, and now thanks to a video clip of the car leaving the factory, we can hear that it’s a love song as well.
YouTuber Varryx captured the supercar leaving the factory, where we can hear the glorious exhaust note of the 12-cylinder. Although it doesn’t use the same Bizzarrini designed engine as thePowering the Italian supercar is a 6.5-liter V12 connected to a 48-volt mild-hybrid system borrowed from the for a total system output of 803 horsepower. With that kind of power, the LPI 800-4 boasts a 0-60 mph time of just 2.8 seconds onto a top speed of 221 mph .The engine is the same as the one found in the Lamborghini Aventador, but the unique four outlet exhaust of the Countach gives it a much different sound compared to the brand’s other cars.
