WalangPasok: Inclement weather has prompted several local government units to suspend classes in public and private schools on Thursday, Jan. 5.
A low pressure area is forecast to trigger rain in Mimaropa region, Bicol region, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga region and Davao region, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration .
Pagasa also said that Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon and Calabarzon will likewise experience rain due to the northeast monsoon or “amihan.”
