“What assistance does she get in the classroom? She’s got a diagnosis of severe dyslexia and needs help,” I plead.The teacher and I both know he’s doing his best. But he’s left with an unmanageable workload. I can tell he cares about my 13-year-old daughter. He cares about all the students. The funding just isn’t there. The Saskatchewan Party says they are finding the balance that works for everyone.
This isn’t working for the teachers, this isn’t working for the students and this isn’t working for me. It’s clear that education is for this government. How many children will they fail with underfunding? For certain, they are failing mine.
