the Italian drama written and directed by Paolo Taviani, whose credits includeThe film premieres in Competition at the Berlin Film Festival on February 15.

Abrizio Ferracane, Matteo Pittiruti, Dania Marino, Dora Becker, and Claudio Bigagli star in a story narrated by Roberto Herlitzka. The plot follows the journey of Italian dramatist Luigi Pirandello’s ashes from Rome to Agrigento, an adventure that saw his burial eventually take place fifteen years after his death.

The film is a production Stemal Entertainment with Rai Cinema in association with Luce Cinecittá in association with Cinemaundici. International sales are handled by Fandango.
