A suspect was arrested after police in Layton responded to a call of a person who was "walking on a public roadway appearing to be under the influence of drugs," court documents state.
Stillings, instead, walked through a gate and into the driveway of the home, where he was "met with force of a guest at the home," police reported. The victim reportedly told police that Stillings was behaving erratically and aggressively and was told multiple times to leave before he ultimately walked through the gate.Police later made contact with the Stillings, where he was "holding a lacrosse stick and gesturing it in a threatening manner towards an officer," the report states.
