He later told his mother, Marianne, that he’d begged a ride from a bus driver, but didn’t share more about how he was managing on the streets. He was angry … hurt by what he believed was unjust treatment by the rehab center and a lack of support from his family.“Stop texting me. Don’t have people texting me either on Facebook or nothing. I’ll block everyone.”It was the last time she spoke to her son.
