Scott went 8 of 18 for 173 yards and three scores, C.J. Davis finished with four receptions for 115 yards and one touchdown, Jonathan Hill rushed for 61 yards on 17 carries and a touchdown and Jaquaize Pettaway had three catches for 56 yards and a touchdown. Bridgeland opened the scoring on Wooden’s 10-yard run. The Lobos quickly responded with Pettaway’s 36-yard touchdown catch from Scott. The two-point play was no good.
It didn’t take long for Langham Creek to threaten again, following a Bridgeland punt, as Davis set up his own touchdown with a 29-yard reception, along with a prior pass interference penalty that helped. Davis’ 33-yard catch from Scott extended Langham Creek’s lead to 16-7 with 8:15 left in the first half.The Lobos were forced to punt for only the second time to open the second half after Dillan Botts sacked Scott for a 3-yard loss on third-and-10.
