“We want to share those recommendations and concepts with the public and get a little additional feedback before we go to planning commission and ask for the plan to be adopted.”-- designed to address the current and future needs of all Madison Park users in an inclusive and equitable manner -- is scheduled from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 17 at the Madison Park Pavilion with a rain location inside of the Lakewood Library Madison Branch.
Requiring a $10,000 match by Lakewood, the master plan is expected to be complete by the end of the year. While Lakewood has added basketball courts and various upgrades over the years, Lakewood Mayor Meghan George previously told cleveland.com the 17-acre park located in Lakewood’s southeast corner needs a master plan to guide the city’s vision.
