“Drug crimes are not easy to detect and the risk of recidivism is high,” the judge who wrote the decision said. According to the prosecution, he was accused of buying 45 million won worth of methamphetamine over nine times through Telegram and other means and possessing 20 grams worth of methamphetamine.
