Nanawagan din ito sa fans na huwag na munang magpadala ng sulat o regalo habang nagte-training ang aktor.
“We appreciate and thank you for your support, however, if a large number of letters and posts arrive at once, they might not be delivered,” paliwanag ng ahensya. Lahad sa post, “We kindly ask you to send letters or anything else by mail to the management company while Joo Hyuk receives military training and after he is assigned.”Noong nakaraang buwan lamang ay nagsabi na ang SOOP na papasok sa police squad ang aktor.Noong Oktubre pa nang mabalitaan na naghahanda na para sa enlistment si Joo Hyuk.
