"I am so sorry for any inconvenience that I have caused to the fans who bought tickets," the actor-musician wrote.has postponed the last three shows of his European tour after he seriously injured himself falling on the stairs of his tour bus.
The "24" star recalled the horrible accident on Instagram Thursday and explained why he wouldn't be able to perform at the final stops of his tour in Denmark and Sweden."Sadly I slipped on the steps of the bus whilst travelling to Denmark and seriously injured a rib, making it difficult to breathe and impossible to sing," Sutherland wrote in a message.
"I am so sorry for any inconvenience that I have caused to the fans who bought tickets," he added. "I will do everything I can to make it up to you. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Kiefer." The musician reiterated in the caption that he would definitely be performing make-up shows later this fall.
"Make up dates in September to be announced shortly for Denmark and Gothenburg," he wrote. "My sincere apologies. Kiefer."
