Joeresty Coronica, officer in charge of the Bacolod City Police Office, said the BCPO found no substantial evidence to support alleged robbery and kidnapping incidents in various areas in Bacolod City as reported on social media.The BCPO also coordinated with other law enforcement agencies, and Coronica said the claims were 'largely unsubstantiated or based on misinformation.'In a statement, Col.
