"'Up All Night' is a song that I wrote while on tour. It’s really special to me and I’m so excited that I am able to share it with my fans so quickly," the singer said in a statement. "I’ve been touring the world, and interacting with my fans each night has been really inspiring. I’m working hard on some more new music to share with you guys soon!"
The mellow track was written by Khalid along with Jamil "Digi" Chammas and Jeremy "Chrome Sparks" Malvin, with the latter two also producing the song.
Khalid is still on the Free Spirit tour in support of the album of the same name, with shows slated to take place next week in New Zealand and Australia through Dec. 5.
