Keenan Cahill — a YouTuber who rose to fame lip-syncing with celebrities such as 50 Cent and DJ Pauly D — died Thursday. He was 27.
His manager, David Graham, told The Post the young creative experienced complications from open heart surgery on Dec. 15 and was placed on life support in a Chicago hospital. Born March 20, 1995, and raised in the Chicago suburb of Elmhurst, Cahill was diagnosed with Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome as a 1-year-old.
The condition causes organs and tissues to enlarge, become scarred or inflamed and progressively waste away. Cahill underwent a series of medical treatments at a young age, including a bone marrow transplant at 2; a brain stem surgery; and a procedure to straighten his legs as a teenager,He told the press his YouTube career began when he received a computer and webcam for his 13th birthday.
