The family of the murdered 21-year-old college student want to raise money in a bid to 'get answers.'
The family of 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves—one of the four University of Idaho students found stabbed to death in a rental home in Moscow, Idaho, on November 13—are hoping to raise money to offer as a reward in exchange for information to help solve the case.Digital on Sunday night, saying that her family"would like to fundraise in hopes to offer a reward, and possibly hire a private investigator if that becomes necessary.
"The money raised will go directly to getting us answers as well as helping to pay for Kaylee's final arrangements and her celebration of life on Dec. 30," she told Fox News. Since the discovery of the students police have consistently said they believe the murders to be a targeted attack but have yet to provide any information supporting the claim. As weeks have passed with no significant lead in the investigation, speculation and rumors have been spreading online, with internet sleuths trying their hand at cracking the case.
