The burger joint takes its name from the internet-infamous name for a rude, entitled customer who always wants to speak to the manager. You may have seen one of the viral videos of"Karens" acting out on planes and at restaurants. At Karen’s Diner, customers will be greeted and waited upon by rude waiters, or “Karens,” and forced to play a variety of games.
