K-pop boy band EXO member Kai has tested positive for Covid-19, the latest Korean celebrity to get the contagious disease.

“EXO’s Kai was diagnosed with Covid-19 on the 14th [March 14],” EXO’s agency, SM Entertainment, announced on March 15.

It said Kai is fully vaccinated and “he is currently receiving treatment at home following the guidelines of the quarantine authorities and has stopped all his schedules.” It added, “Previously, Yeo One and Wooseok had received their second shot of the Covid-19 vaccine and are currently suspending all schedules and taking necessary measures according to the guidelines of the health authority.” As a result, Wooseok did not attend KBS2’s TV show “Immortal Songs” on March 14.

Meanwhile, NU’EST member Minhyun “has made a full recovery from Covid-19 and his quarantine has concluded as of today [March 15],” according to Pledis Entertainment. He was diagnosed with Covid-19 on March 9.
