"Home," authored by Moore, Paul DiGiovanni, Chase McGill and Jeremy Stover, is a tribute to soldiers who didn't return from battle. "I'm so thankful that country radio has provided this song a platform," Moore tells. "It's always special to enjoy a No. 1, but even more so when it's a song that impacts people's lives in a positive way."Home" is the launch single from Moore's fifth full-length,chart dated Aug.
