In a promo video posted on Wednesday morning , London, Canada native Bieber makes a visit to Hortons HQ for a presentation on the collab in which he admits to being"obsessed" with the chain. The singer brainstorms while juggling some donut holes and dreams up the wildest flavor combos possible.
