A federal judge is rejecting a move to consider criminal prosecution for Boeing over the 737 Max jet. FOX13

The court, O'Connor wrote in a decision dated Thursday, "has no occasion to address whether the is in fact grossly incommensurate with Boeing’s egregious criminal conduct."
