JUST IN: Before cross examination of E. Jean Carroll resumes on Monday, Donald Trump's lawyers requested a mistrial in a letter filed at dawn.

Tacopina said he should have been allowed to explore why Carroll did not pursue security camera footage from Bergdorf Goodman and why Carroll did not go to the police following the alleged assault. Kaplan denied Tacopina's request for a mistrial before testimony resumed Monday morning. He offered no reason for the denial.
"You've made many purchases at Bergdorf's since 1995-96?" he asked Carroll, who replied, "I've not made many but I've made several."
