According to a statement from the NYPD, the woman told officers that she was assaulted, and was taken to the hospital with “minor injuries to her head and neck.”“He has done nothing wrong,” Majors’ spokesperson said in a statement toAccording to the police statement, the officers received a 911 call around 11:14 a.m. from an apartment near the corner of West 22nd Street and 8th Avenue.
“A preliminary investigation determined that a 33-year-old male was involved in a domestic dispute with a 30 year-old female,” police said. “The victim informed police she was assaulted. Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident. The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition.”The actor recently starred in several major studio films.
