Diplo even changed the profile picture to his own smiling mug and featured a Joker-like Instagram story of his face laughing, over and over again.
Then he took full responsibility on his own account, posting a shirtless photo — just like the one he had placed on the Jonas Brothers' account.Meet this crazy Jonas Brothers fan:So, how bad was the hacking damage? Diplo unfollowed everyone on the account so that he is the only followed person. Narcissistic, but charming."Never forget the original Jonas Brothers," Diplo wrote in the comments.
There was a"tramp stamp" Jonas Brothers tattoo photo. Diplo pretended the torso belonged to one of the brothers.And, of course, there's one of Diplo showing off Calvin Klein underwear and a Wahlbergian pout."@Calvinklein ur welcome for the free promo," Diplo wrote. The media-friendly boy band seemed to suggest they were a little put out by the incident. Joe Jonas posted a screen grab of a text he sent Diplo. "Dude. Honestly it was funny for like a minute but who gave you the password?"
While we ponder the mystery of how Diplo got the password and all this new publicity, E! news reports the DJ and the pop band are teaming up on a new song for Diplo's country album.
