, a recruiting service ranking players through a combination of the four major recruiting services' rankings.for the No. 1 spot after On3 released the network's own individual re-ranking of the nation's top prospects. While Smith stayed as the No. 2 overall player nationally in On3's rankings, Raiola fell to No. 11. The standout wideout from Florida is considered the No. 2 player in the country by On3, 247Sports and Rivals, while ESPN has him ranked ninth.
On3's new rankings came one day after Raiola hinted on an Instagram post that he was trying to help flip Smith from Ohio State to Georgia, before Smith himself laughed off that comment on social media.
