Jason Kelce says wife Kylie Kelce has issued a stern warning about his exercise routine.
When podcaster Eric Wood bluntly asked Jason what he’s “weighing nowadays,” the athlete shared that he weighs somewhere between 270 and 275 pounds. “I still want to kind of get down to 260 eventually this year, but a lot of guys lose too much too fast and it feels like it just doesn’t fall off properly or it looks drastically different,” he added. “As I’ve gone down , I feel like 260’s the right number. We’ll reassess when we get there.”
“She just implemented this, but she said I have to work out a minimum of three days a week, otherwise she doesn’t want to deal with me,” Jason said in August. “When I’ve worked out, I am in a great mood; I interact well at home with my kids and everybody – I just am a better person.”
