Governor Jared Polis and Lieutenant Governor Dianne Primavera were sworn in for a second term on the west steps of the Colorado State Capitol on January 10. The Colorado National Guard fired a 38-cannon salute honoring Colorado’s statehood, and the 101st Army Band played on as Polis read his inaugural address to a crowd gathered under sunny Colorado skies.
