Japan has issued an arrest warrant for ex-Nissan boss Carlos Ghosn and 3 American men who allegedly helped him escape
: Japan has issued an arrest warrant for ex-Nissan boss Carlos Ghosn and three American men suspected of helping him to escape the country using a box intended to carry musical instruments.
A Japanese judge also issued a warrant for Ghosn, 65, for breaching his bail conditions. The fugitive is unlikely to be extradited from Lebanon, where he has been since he skipped bail in Japan on December 29. Michael Taylor and Zayek are thought to have driven Ghosn to the private jet at Kansai airport in Osaka, where he was able to bypass immigration checks by hiding inside an instrument box.
