TOKYO - Japan has confirmed a second case of infection by the new coronavirus from China, the health ministry said on Friday. The infection was confirmed in a man in his 40s who lives in Wuhan - the Chinese city at the center of the outbreak - and traveled to Japan, the health ministry said in a statement.Reporting by Chris Gallagher; Editing by Sandra Maler
