She said Ornato told her Trump reached up towards the front of the vehicle to grab at the steering wheel and then lunged toward Engel.
Jason Miller, a former top campaign aide to Trump, testified to the Jan. 6 committee in June that Rudy Giuliani wasat the White House’s election night party and advised Trump to just declare victory.
