James Bay performed a killer cover of Swift's 'False God' in his Instagram story and Taylor Swift loved it.

It's not the first time Bay has uncorked a unique cover. Last month he recorded a version of the Shirelles' girl group classic "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" as part of an Amazon Original session. “Carole King’s is one of my biggest influences as a songwriter,” Bay said of the tune. “The whole album is a masterclass in great, timeless songwriting. ‘Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow’ has always had a particularly strong effect on me.
