The waiting game continues for Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence after his injury suffered against the Lions on Sunday. Here's the latest news.
When asked about the level of concern for him playing Sunday, Pederson reiterated that with any player, there’s a certain level of concern, but Lawrence will take it day to do.
Lawrence returned to the contest in the second half and did not miss any plays aside from when Pederson pulled his starters for the team’s final drive of the game. On Sunday, Lawrence said he thought the injury was to his knee at first, but his foot was also hurting, mentioning that he thought it was “nothing serious.”
Moving forward, Pederson and the Jaguars’ medical staff will evaluate Lawrence’s mobility, and the physical side of everything. Pederson is not concerned with the mental aspect, reiterating that Lawrence will receive the mental reps.
