It looks like Billie has been hanging in LA recently, and since the award show is being filmed in Santa Monica, it wouldn't have been too much of a trek to stop by. Most likely, though, Billie stayed home to prep for her big week. The singer recently announced that she's going to drop a new song on Wednesday, so she's probably just dealing with the finishing touches.
