Ohio State knows that beating Wisconsin starts with slowing the Badgers' run game in the Big Ten opener.
The Badgers got back on track with a 66-7 win over New Mexico State last week.
“Yeah, it's Big Ten football,” said first-year defensive coordinator Jim Knowles. “You’ve got to be able to win one-on-one battles in the running game. “It’s been good,” Knowles said of his run defense. “It can get a lot better. I think that last week could have been better. I'm still looking for us to dominate in all aspects at the point of attack. We're not there yet, so I think there's still a lot more work to do.”
