Chicago police are investigating after two people were found dead inside a parked car Monday in the city's East Side neighborhood.

CHICAGO -- Two people found dead inside a parked car Monday in Chicago's East Side neighborhood have been identified, according to police.

A witness discovered a 31-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man, both with gunshot wounds to their heads, a little after 1:30 p.m. in the 11000-Block of S. Avenue E, officials said.Sources tell Eyewitness News one of the two people found dead is an Illinois State Trooper.
