Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT I Am Legend 2 has received an optimistic update from star Michael B. Jordan. Loosely based on author Richard Matheson’s 1954 novel of the same name, the original I Am Legend, which was released in 2007, stars Will Smith as Robert Neville, the last surviving human in New York City following a virus outbreak that wipes out most of mankind.
We're still working on the script and getting that up to par. It doesn't have a release date or anything like that.
