Abbe Lowell, an attorney for Hunter Biden who is handling his congressional inquiries, said Sunday that there is no connection between President Joe Biden and his son's foreign business deals.
On Face the Nation, Lowell told Margaret Brennan that despite"many members of Congress and their staffs and media" looking for a connection between Biden and his son's business dealings,"the facts and the evidence" have shown that"it doesn’t exist."“The facts and the evidence that have been pursued by however many members of Congress and their staffs and media, looking for any possible connection, has shown time and time again — it doesn’t exist," he said.
"When the president calls his son every day, and it goes on the speakerphone, he says hello to the people in the room — that is not an offense,” Lowell said.
