"You add to the fact that it’s such a culture- and arts-rich city and a beautiful town. Here, there’s a population that’s demonstrated a historical desire for the arts. “There were a lot of people looking into Frida Kahlo, her story, her art and her values that she represents,” said Nuria Navarro, head of communications and promotions at Layers of Reality.
