That helped the stocks of energy producers. Dollar Tree tumbled after reporting weaker results than analysts expected.The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 37.83 points, or 0.1%, to 39,043.32.The Russell 2000 index of smaller companies rose 6.23 points, or 0.3%, to 2,071.71.The Nasdaq is up 92.65 points, or 0.6%.The S&P 500 is up 395.48 points, or 8.3%.
