Gang activity in Haiti is starting to take over the nation's capital as gangs bulldoze neighborhoods and are coming close to taking over the government. In just a nine day period in July, more than 470 people were killed, injured, or missing as a result of gang warfare in the country's largest slum, according to the UN.
