Gyms co-owned by Houston Texans sold to expanding Dallas chain
Texans Fit will occupy two floors of The Allen Lifestyle Pavilion as the anchor tenant, according to DC Partners.Texans Fit, a chain of gyms formed by the Houston Texans and M6 Football in 2020, has been sold to EoS Fitness as part of the Dallas-based chain's ambitions for national expansion. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
M6 was formed by Mark Mastrov, founder and former chairman of 24 Hour Fitness, and formed similar partnerships with other National Football League teams. EoS plans to open Texans Fit Locations in Richmond and in Houston by Allen Parkway and Gillette Street this year, according to the statement. That adds to the Texans Fit's locations in Katy, Rosenberg and Meyerland.
