Place the room temperature butter in a mixing bowl, gently stir in the oregano parsley, garlic and salt.Top with the red onion slices,roasted red pepper slices,olives, roasted garbanzo beans and chopped pistachios. Garnish with the arugula and parsley leaves then sprinkle with Hungarian paprika for color and flavor. Serve with the warm pita bread
