Decorate more, invest in their places and elevate the game,' said MassKara chairman Jojie Dingcong, who reminded the establishments to put their best foot forward and give foreign and local visitors a grand time during the festival.More than 215,000 guests arrived in Bacolod City in a span of three days for the highlight activities of the MassKara Festival last year, the Department of Tourism said.Dingcong said they are expecting more visitors this year.
