Two people, including a teenager, were fatally shot in Sauk Village and Chicago Heights Saturday and another man was fatally shot Thursday in Riverdale, officials said.
Victor Nunez, 16, was fatally shot Saturday in the 2500 block of 222nd Place in Sauk Village, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.Nunez, of the 800 block of Victoria Circle in Lynwood, was pronounced dead at 7:25 p.m. at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Later Saturday night, Jamaine Ducksworth, 23, of the 400 block of East 16th Street in Chicago Heights, was fatally shot in his home, according to the medical examiner’s office Ducksworth was pronounced dead at 9:08 p.m. Saturday.
